Tracability

In an international context where customers, consumers and retailers are increasingly demanding in terms of food safety, traceability is required as an important element of the quality management system and safety for tracing the origin of food products and their ingredients both upstream and downstream. The packaging of the product exported must state: – the identification code of the package.
– The original Morocco.
– Information relating to the product: type, category, class, net weight and possibly the variety.
– The indication of the production area.
– References to the packing station, the name and the approval number assigned by EACCE.
